Excellent App Very user friendly

Good overall. Some glitches. Like when trying to write in the tag area (or similar input areas) when answering a question; Im unable to write the complete word. Sometimes refreshing takes forever. And sometimes the screen is not responsive when sliding from the menu to the main screen.

Excellent way to connect with people who have medical concerns and worries- worldwide. As well as consult with board-certified experts in their respective fields.

HealthTap and this app are outstanding. What I dont appreciate about this app is that it ls locked in the Portrait position. Im left-handed and have a keyboard case on my iPad. I need to turn the iPad sideways to type and my left hand is smashed against the keyboard as I do. Thus, lots of errors and wasted time.

HealthTap is my favorite health app. It is a great safe service for doctors and gives us a great chance to help people in our spare time. Simple and easy to use. Now with the new HealthTap Prime and Concierge its an easy way to expand telemedicine and to generate revenue. Very exciting for the future of health and medicine

Has really helped grow my practice

After a two decades of focus on more patient visits for less reimbursement, doctors now can communicate directly with their own or telemedicine patients. The ability of a provider to grow ones practice virtually is so easy with this app. It is very user friendly. Trying to distinguish Concierge vs. Prime isnt easy, but minor issue.

There is a lot doctors can get out of helping patients on HealthTap. HealthTap is fun, interesting, and always adding new features.

To answer questions you must scroll through same posted questions over and over again. Very time consuming.

For doctors - help patients, get peer recognition, do virtual consults. The companion app for patients - HealthTap - is great as well!

Great app to help build your virtual practice online and your private practice. Enjoy using the app and online software to connect with patients and providers.

Well-designed app. Helpful. However, essentially useless to me as I have the apple keyboard and cannot type on it with iPad in portrait position.

I think that the app has a lot of potential and hopefully will gain traction with providers and patients. It could become a very cost-effective way to seek medical attention and get a second opinion. It will not replace traditional health but supplement it.

Im having a global impact, creating an online reputation, and the platform also lets me care for my patients virtually.

Love using this app.
